Delivery Approach
We plan and manage civil works through our project management team in Perth. Site supervisors coordinate crews, plant and fleet and subcontractors, providing the capability to work across metropolitan and regional locations. We understand the importance and safety required to stage, manage access and deliver stakeholder communication on civil projects, particularly in live public environments.
Safety and Quality
Civil works are delivered under WHS‑compliant systems, task‑specific SWMS and quality controls appropriate to each project. Where required, we implement traffic management plans and utilise accredited traffic controllers to protect both workers and the public. Regular inspections and hold points help ensure the works meet specification and client expectations.
